Product Evaluation Systems has the capability to conduct chemical analyses on a wide variety of materials, metals, and alloys. Our goal is to provide a timely and cost-effective response to analytical requests with accurate data obtained in conformance with strict methods and quality control guidelines as specified by ISO 17025.
Equipment and Capabilities
The chemistry laboratory is equipped with a state-of-the-art Optical Emission Spectroscopy (OES) and Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) analyzers. Carbon, sulfur, oxygen, and nitrogen determinations are made with LECO analyzers. |
In-house capabilities include indentification of unknown metals and alloys. Most elements in the Periodic Table can be quantified. In addition, wet bench chemistry analysis services are available; these include halogen detection, pH measurements, and standard ASTM corrosion tests.
