As with past years, PES plans to be active in numerous organizations, activities and events in 2021. You can follow PES’s involvement through different platforms and social media outlets.

The LATEST NEWS section of our website (where you found this note) is a great place to start.  You can also follow us on Twitter and LinkedIn.  Links to both of these accounts are shown in the footer of all our webpages along with being included on our home page.  These outlets will include weekly and monthly features discussing what’s new at our facility, events we will be attending or be involved in, organizations we are supporting, or news relative to what we do or who we are.  We will be giving away promotional items, celebrating our team members and offering performance reviews with respect to our company goals.  In 2020, we completed Phase I of our construction and expansion.  By February, Phase II will be under way.  Progress of this project will be posted using the social media outlets, as well.

Please follow along on Twitter & LinkedIn and by visiting our website frequently to see what we are up to!

LinkedIn Give-away Campaign for 2021

Our Recommended Reading Campaign for 2020 was a huge success and we thank everyone who participated and congratulate all of the winners. Through this campaign we gave away 36 copies of books PES team members have read and found to be influential in helping them lead, manage and/or communicate more effectively.

We are excited to announce that our next monthly give-away campaign will start in January 2021. The name of this one?

It Be A Lot Cooler If You Did.

In Memory of Mr. Larry Lyons

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we inform our friends of the passing of our company’s founder, Larry Lyons.

Larry started PES in 1979 in Llyodsville, Pa, about 5 miles from our current location in Latrobe, Pa. He established his company on the importance of customer service and personal interaction with clients. He was a people-person who always had time to listen to whatever you wanted to talk about. He was no different with his co-workers or anyone else, for that matter. A Godly man who had the patience of a saint and loved to served others. The virtues that Larry established 41 years ago are the foundation of our day to day operations and the continued growth of our business.

“Lar” was the first guy in the door every morning. He will be missed, but never forgotten. From all of us at PES, thanks for having a vision Larry.

Our deepest sympathies to his wife, Gerry, sons Corey and Brannon, his grandchildren, brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews.
